Magnificent Cars Featured in Well-Known Films

Aston Martin DB5
This extraordinary car is best-known for being a James Bond car, first featuring in Goldfinger (1964). As one of the most famous cars in cinema history, this Aston Martin DB5 then appeared in the next James Bond film, Thunderball. It had a range of incredible gadgets including tyre slashers, an ejector seat and a smoke screen to be used during the filming.
1970 Dodge Charger
This impressive high-performance car appeared in The Fast & The Furious film (2001) where it was driven by Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel). It then went on to play an integral part of the story in 2009’s Fast & Furious.
1946 Ford Super De Luxe Convertible
The Ford Super De Luxe is a classic car featured in the well-known film, Back to the Future. Driven by Biff Tannen in the film, this convertible nicknamed ‘Shiela’ was painted black and had a red interior.
Lamborghini Murcielago LP640
This superb sports car containing a V12 engine is featured in The Dark Knight. It’s a rapid and expensive car which is used by Bruce Wayne during the making of this film. However, in an unforgettable scene, the car ends up veering off the road and crashing.
Ford Anglia 105E
The 1960 Ford Anglia 105E featured in the popular film, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. In the film, the car was enchanted by Arthur Weasley to fly, as well as to become invisible.
1969 Mercedes-Benz 280SE Cabriolet
If you’re a fan of The American comedy The Hangover, you may recognise this car. This classic V8 engine Cabriolet which featured a roof that folds was involved in a car crash during the film.
The BMW Z8 was used during the James Bond film, The World is Not Enough. It had many high-tech features such as a self-destruction system. During the film, James Bond can be seen cruising along in this amazing sports car.
Lamborghini Miura P400
This Italian car with a V12 engine offered outstanding performance during the film, The Italian Job. During a scene in the film, this expensive car is purposely crushed by a bulldozer and then later dropped down a cliff.
