Performance wise, it’s reported the e-Niro can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 7.5 seconds and has a top speed of 104 mph. We also like that the Kia e-Niro is an extremely easy car to drive. Features such as Lane Follow Assist, Hill-start Assist Control and Electronic Stability Control are key highlights of this electric Kia car.

2. Skoda Enyaq iV
The Skoda Enyaq iV is a fully electric 5-door SUV offering a decent range and spacious interior. Skoda introduced this electric car to rival the new Volkswagen ID.4 as the surge in demand for electric cars continues. this electric car has a WLTP combined range of up to 333 miles, which is greater than the VW ID.4. Also, capable of 50kW rapid charging as standard, the Enyaq iV can reach 80% charge in 1 hour 10 minutes. Furthermore, the Skoda Enyaq iV has an array of tech and safety features available to enhance your driving experience. For a sportier version, you might want to look at lease deals for the Enyaq iV Sportline which has an electric range of up to 327 miles.
3. Audi Q4 e-tron
If you would prefer a premium-badged electric SUV, then the Audi Q4 e-tron is a great option.As Audi’s first compact, fully electric SUV, this is available as either the Q4 e-tron or the Q4 Sportback e-tron. The all-new BMW iX SUV is BMW’s new electric flagship offering excellent performance and driving range. The BMW iX is available now in two versions – the xDrive40 and xDrive50. In terms of range, it’s claimed the BMW iX xDrive50 can achieve up to 380 miles (WLTP) thanks to a powerful high-voltage battery. Meanwhile, the BMW iX xDrive40 engine has a reduced range of 256 miles which is still rather good. BMW also claims the BMW iX xDrive50 is capable of reaching 0-62mph in just 4.6 seconds thanks to its 523hp. Furthermore, the new BMW iX has an elegant design and is powered by advanced BMW eDrive technology. It’s sized similar to the BMW X5 and only has a five-seater option. As with all BMW models, the BMW iX has a luxury feel to it thanks to high quality materials used throughout. Plus, it has a generous sized boot space of 500 litres.
5. Jaguar I-Pace
Since its launch in 2018, this all-electric performance SUV has been excelling in its segment, receiving various awards worldwide. One full charge of the Jaguar I-Pace provides an excellent range up to 292 miles on the WLTP cycle. Also, the I-Pace can reach 0-80% charge using public rapid charging (100kW charger) in just 45 minutes. In terms of the interior space, the Jaguar I-pace provides five full seats, innovative storage, a substantial rear loadspace of up to 656 litres. It combines the luxurious feel of a Jaguar car, an excellent charging range and amazing in-car technologies.
