All-new Ford Mustang Mach-E 2021
The all-new, all-electric, Ford Mustang Mach-E is now available to order with prices starting from £40,350. As a worthy rival to the Tesla Model 3, this electric SUV is Ford’s first electric vehicle in its dedicated EV platform. The First Edition model has already sold out with only limited volume being produced. We expect the other models to be equally as popular, considering the stylish design, reasonable price and array of driving technologies with the Mustang Mach-E. That said, read on to find out more key details about the Ford Mustang Mach-E.
Performance & Range
In terms of range, this electric SUV can achieve up to 379 miles on one charge. This is greater than the estimated 360 miles range for the Tesla Model 3 Long Range version. Furthermore, the Mustang Mach-E is capable of recharging 73 miles of range in only 10 minutes using DC high power charging. This is very impressive and ideal for drivers who need to charge the car mid journey. As for performance, the Mustang Mach-E can achieve 0-62mph in as little as 6.1 seconds. If you’d prefer a sportier version, then the Mustang Mach-E AWD can achieve 0-62mph in 5.1 seconds! Although this doesn’t offer as much acceleration as the Tesla Model 3, it’s still excellent for an electric SUV.

Driving Experience & Features
The Mustang Mach-E has three different Drive Modes – Active, Whisper and Untamed. Choose the Drive Mode to match your mood and ensure you have an excellent driving experience. As well, this electric SUV has Ford SYNC 4A and wireless device charging so you can stay connected on your journey. Here we’ve just mention some of the key features, although others are also available on the Mach-E. Furthermore, the Mach-E has an excellent array of safety features to ensure you enjoy a safe and pleasant drive. In particular, the Active Park Assist and Pre-Collision Assist system are fantastic features.
Design
Innovative and sleek comes to mind when considering the design of this SUV. With versatile storage in both the front and rear of this car, we think it will largely appeal to families. Also, the door handles have been removed as part of the design, making it look elegant and modern. As an optional extra, you could opt for a panorama fixed glass roof to give your Mach-E the perfect finishing touch. However, some car enthusiasts have been quick to point out that the Mach-E lacks the original look of a Ford Mustang, in their opinion.
